Yes. And that’s a shame. The biggest blow is that now also the IMDB has decided to remove their forums. But really, Twitter and Facebook is only a poor/no substitute at all.
Well. Not every day, but once a week or so. While things are dead here, at least there is life after Twisted Sister. Dee is doing a show in Switzerland in September, which really came totally unexpected to me. I thought he is completely done with doing shows. So while TS is over, at least there is a chance to some TS Songs live again.

One thing certainly I was looking forward after each show, was to read the road report. Even if it was just filled with backstage stuff. It rounded out the experience. Sadly those reports were a bit lacking this year. đ
So it is definitely cancelled? Not uncertain, but cancelled?? At least an anouncement on this site would have been nice, instead of just secretly removing the date. I guess, like Janet, I should have known better. Muse on the first day, Iron Maiden on the second day and a tacked on Twisted Sister, months after the other 2 have been announced, a month before it was going to happen, in a big open air space in the middle of the city, with ticketholders for the first two shows being able to go for free. Damn these f-ing festival organizers, who really donât give a shit about anyone⌠âIf it doesnât sell, we just cancel and do not even tell the people that itâs cancelled.â. I have not gotten any notification from the place where I bought the ticket. They just have removed the date. Since I bought a Twisted Sister ticket, they should notify and refund me. As for the flight, it is a low cost⌠they donât give a shit either, itâs not really their problem anyway. I could have gotten a refundable flight, which would have cost twice as much.

Are you serious? âSomething we just have to put up withâ? A discussion forum, where you have to wait 3 days until a post shows up is acceptable/an actual thing and not just a malfunction? Iâd say, throw out the software, ask for a refund and get one worth itâs money, if Twisted Sister wouldnât be shutting down anyway.

Yeah. We are all aware now that LIFS is not really a Twisted Sister album, but then again, it was sold as a Twisted Sister album, fans bought it as a Twisted Sister album and not a few love it as a Twisted Sister album since many years, not knowing that it is not really a Twisted Sister album and really, Love is for suckers, Tonight, Wake up the Sleeping Giant and Hot Love are as good as any Twisted Sister song. Obviously at this point weâre all aware that none of these songs will ever be played live, but we can still dream, can we? Itâs a given that the setlist wonât change and sadly doesnât feature any real surprises, other the, to me surprising, decision, to completly drop Stay hungry, which to me is one of their strongest live tracks and a real shame, that we wonât get to hear it again.
Yeah. Some surprises and rarities really would be cool. I really would die to hear: You know I cry, Sin after sin, Love is for suckers and/or Tonight.
Well. The delay is about 2 days. Tha sucks big time. I could deal with a couple of minutes. I noticed that too, when I responded to one of your blogs. And that was in the summer of last year.
Yeah, kinda figured that that last date will be in the states. Sadly, I guess I won’t make it to that one. As long as the “still being negotiated” ones aren’t in Europe, I’m fine. Don’t want to miss anything here this year. đ Do you have any time frame on when it will be announced?
I see that fucking bug on the board still hasn’t been fixed. Since almost a year now. Does no one give a shit?? I posted something, but it doesn’t show up. It’s on the overview, but when I click on the thread it doesn’t show.
Even more shows? How many? Where? Right now I’m looking at going to 8. 9 if I can get a ticket to the sold out Wacken. Don’t know if I could handle more. đ
^^Yes. I second that. Not knowing how many shows there will be this year (an approximate number would be nice), I also have a feeling that I will want to be at that last show. So a heads up would be nice.

Yeah. That’s pretty much what he played at the Steelhouse Festival gig in Wales, we did also get Emaheevul though. It was great, although a bit short. A kick ass band he got there. I hope to get to see another solo show (along with a couple of TS shows of course) next year. Yeah. Review would be nice, if you don’t mind only 3 people reading it and nobody bothering to respond. đ

Okay. So it’s not gonna come up at all. Could somebody please finally look into that crap? Where is the webmaster? I have written to him about this problem 3 weeks ago. I commented on Terry’s road reports 2 weeks ago and still no response and my comment is still awaiting moderation.
Anyway, so I post again:
Is that even a question? Yes, I will go to Barcelona. I will get there wednesday. I hope front row will work out once again, despite only getting to the festival at around 7 – 8 in the evening. Way to hot to get there earlier and the other bands, except Europe, are not really my cup of tea. And on sunday it’s straight to Wales for Dee’s solo show. Is anyone going there?
