Well Guys…

The countdown has begun. Final tour dates are being booked.

I know JJ reads these pages. Asking one thing of you my friend…

When you guys decide the final…THE final date….let us Slamboard guys know first. As far ahead of time as possible.

I dont give a flying fuck what happens in this world….but I am NOT missing that last show….Chances are I will be at the UK date next August, with my mate Chris, along with whoever we can drag along.

I am guessing the final show will after that, back here in the US. I am planning now. As soon as I have a date…or dates….I will have flights and hotels booked.

Just let us know. The loyal will gather one last time…..

^^Yes. I second that. Not knowing how many shows there will be this year (an approximate number would be nice), I also have a feeling that I will want to be at that last show. So a heads up would be nice.

The last show HAS to be in NYC……….anywhere else in the world would make no sense to me at all. It’s where it all started and that’s also where it should end, I think………full circle ! Is a final show at MSG realistic ? I have no clue if TS could pull that many people even in New York for their final bang. Could they ?

Agreed….but oddly enough TS have shared loyalties. The Secret/Atlantic years really started in England (Wrexham/Tube TV show etc.) That’s why TS have such an affinity with the UK. So I am guessing the Bloodstock show in August will be the last ‘big’ UK show….but would not be surprised if TS play somewhere like the old Marquee or Hammersmith around the same time…a final hurrah to their UK roots. I want to be there if they do. I already know that because of Bloodstock, I will be flying back home. I want to catch any/all final shows in the UK.

THEN…its the US…I agree that the final shows will probably be in New York, just not sure where. Not sure if they can go for MSG…it would be fabulous…I’m not sure which of their old sellout venues are still around. Whatever they choose…it had better be a huge party!!

hi folks… more shows to be announced. The final show is still in the works…I cannot say when/where because these things can change day by day, and the worst thing ever would be to buy a plane ticket and the show gets moved. Watch the board–and please–if you have facebook, the Twisted Sister facebook page and my public Armadillo Terry page will ALWAYS post the dates as soon as they are public.

The last show will NOT be in the UK, I can at least tell you that.

I see that fucking bug on the board still hasn’t been fixed. Since almost a year now. Does no one give a shit?? I posted something, but it doesn’t show up. It’s on the overview, but when I click on the thread it doesn’t show.

Hi Patrick there’s some sort of delay when you post. It’s not just here on the slamboard, I have the same issue with the blog.

There may be a few more shows added–not too many more–but I understand there are a small number still being negotiated. (sorry. can’t release any details) The last show will likely be stateside but even that is being discussed. The Facebook page and this website are the two only credible sources. There are PLENTY of rumors running amok on facebook and all I’ll say is that it’s not official until Twisted Sister management says it’s official!

Well. The delay is about 2 days. Tha sucks big time. I could deal with a couple of minutes. I noticed that too, when I responded to one of your blogs. And that was in the summer of last year.

Yeah, kinda figured that that last date will be in the states. Sadly, I guess I won’t make it to that one. As long as the “still being negotiated” ones aren’t in Europe, I’m fine. Don’t want to miss anything here this year. 😉 Do you have any time frame on when it will be announced?
