| The surprise I found when I put my list together was that you could use almost all TS songs, since some are "slower" they work well for warm up and cool downs. |

Location: Rocking In The Florida Dark ! | Which one isnt --- Thats the great part of a serious rockinband like TS.. Your with the right tunes in my opinion! You can ceertainly get a great areobic work out if you pace dee. or the rythem of the tunes for the most part --- well it worked for me.
