Road Reporter Posts: 1729 Location: Baltimore, MD | We had a few changes in the setlist tonight--all excellent choices--perfect for the very appreciative and energetic crowd. http://www.twistedsister.com/armadillo/index.php Road Report is coming soon! Many, many thanks and safe travels to Funtazia (Dave), J.P. and Kristof from the slamboard. The band and crew are all headed out in just a few short hours from now--I'm planning to get a couple of hours of sleep and then I'll see them off in the morning since my European tour must end here. Til the morning, then, my babies...

SMF 1st Class Posts: 20 | What an amazing show it was! Newspaper reviews all tell the same: TS was amazing and Dee is called 'King of the festival'. Thanks for the best show of the year!

Full-On SMF Posts: 83 Location: Belgium | It was an awesome show yesterday at Graspop! It was so good I felt that I had to change my nickname to something more suitable. At first I was a fan but after yesterdays show I became a real SMF. One thing is for sure I'm never going to a TS-show again without my colours on! I followed the show from the 5th row in front of the center of the stage. I even got cought up in a moshpit during Under the blade! Didn't see that one coming. I think I lost my voice in the crowd though. I hope they come back someday for a proper headlining show, I know the people want them to. Thanks to Funtazia and Armadillo for meeting me and thanks to JP for a very nice day and night. Hope you guys get home save and hope to see you again soon. Road Reporter Posts: 1729 Location: Baltimore, MD | can you post a link to the paper review? I'd like to actually see what attendance numbers they are giving the festival? It sure looked completely packed to the gates

Road Reporter Posts: 1729 Location: Baltimore, MD | Last two articles in the Belgian press put the crowd at more than 40,000...still trying to see if the festival organizers have released any numbers.

Full-On SMF Posts: 83 Location: Belgium | Each day 45.000, so 135.000 over the whole weekend. Almost every article I read so far says that Twisted Sister was the highlight of the festival! http://www.hln.be/hln/nl/7076/Graspop/article/detail/1459148/2012/06/24/Topdag-op-Graspop-pure-nostalgie-voor-iedereen.dhtml http://www.demorgen.be/dm/nl/1010/Muziek-nieuws/article/detail/1459320/2012/06/24/Twisted-Sister-op-GMM-Hongerige-wolven-op-hoge-hakken.dhtml http://www.hln.be/hln/nl/7076/Graspop/article/detail/1457997/2012/06/25/Ongezien-Axl-Rose-start-optreden-Graspop-te-vroeg.dhtml Edited by Hellburner 2012-06-25 4:01 AM
