OK - this is how I see thing going. As we are aware Jay Jay tweeted last Thursday:-
Uk smfs...where r u? I have free tix to metal hammer awards show feat TS JUne 13 in london

but from other posts on here (see Shows TBA thread)I know some SMF's don't do twitter - however I also know that some of the loyalists SMF's hang out on here and I don't want them to miss the opportunity of requesting tickets. So I thought if we put our requests all in one thread - I will tweet (such a silly word!!) JJ and ask him read this thread.

I would respectfully ask we only add requests to JJ in this thread - as to not give him too much waffle to wade through. It is also my thought that this gives us slightly more space to state our claim -i.e. RockyRandall seeing the band in NYC last month etc (it still seems odd we can get tickets on the other side of the world quite easily but have difficulties when they play less then 100 miles from home!!!).

I would also respectfully remind any 'tourists' that stumble across this page that we SMF's are a loyal, tight bunch of people who often meet for a beer (or chessecake - that's very rock 'n' roll) before or after a gig so don't try 'blagging' tickets by saying you waited in line for 12hrs in the snow to see the band last year (if you didn't) - coz chances are somebody here would have there - and will find you out.

Jay Jay - I have already sent two tweets and now this - but I only require one ticket. As I tried to put in my tweet reply - don't let my wheelchair put you off - I'm sure your tickets are just general admission - but I'm happy with that - I'll argue my case at the venue - my chair wasn't a barrier in NYC or Boston (or the other 24 reunion shows I have attended). According to the terms and conditions, having a ticket does not guarantee entry to the event.
Could somebody clarify the situation? Would love to attend this show, as I can't make Download. Have'nt seen the boys since Arrow in 2008! I need a TWISTED fix!!
