I am a naturally thin person .. I am 5ft5 and usually roughly 100 lbs., and I am also extremely athletic. When I check my BMI it says that I have a higher share of body fat when I am more toned up, although I am certain this is not correct. Is there a [url=http://www.calculator-bmi.com/]bmi calculate[/url] available that can distinguish the difference between muscle and fat?

Take the meter and check your sack with it. If its soft and gushy your ass is fat. If its hard its all muscle.

A little housekeeping first please-- there is a forum group on this website called "Off-Topic Forums", anything that is not directly related to Twisted Sister or a member of the band, crew, manager or SMFs belongs there.

That said:
Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to adult men and women. It is a formula and does not distinguish between muscle mass and fat mass.

How about gathering up all the trolls round here and dropping them off in Poughkeapsie to clean carpets and weigh people? Could that be considered a public service?
