Extreme SMF Posts: 121 Location: Virginia | My 20 years old daughter is expecting a baby in November. apparently birth contriol doesn't always work cause she got lucky one night. I was freaking out at first but now I'm happy and excited. (after therapy and medication-ha!) the names I've picked don't seem to please her. IZZY, ZEPHYR, COOPER, HENDRIX, ANGUS......I've got a whole page of them. she will probably pick some preppy name. but don't worry- his NANA will stick him with a cool nickname. and it's NANA not granny or grandma.

Extreme SMF Posts: 121 Location: Virginia | thanks! Zephyr means cool refreshing wind. her name was going to be Alexander Isaih Zephyr if she was a boy. (izzy or zephyr) she doesn't like it because there is a car called Zephyr now. picky picky. I like Zephyr Blue. sounds perfect together. only about a month to go. she better decide.

Extreme SMF Posts: 121 Location: Virginia | thanks yes some of the best things are not planned. I will need to rest up. I feel a little different at 47 caring for a baby than I did at 27. the kid will be called IZZY or Little IZZ regardless of what she says. I'm the SMF NANA. I should have something to say about it.
