Try something like a fresh lime/lemon squeezed in hot water to sip add sugar if needed, because they will add EVERY vitamin going to help fight your cold. to help your throat, try a fresh Kiwi, the only other way to kill a virus is to have a stew like meal with ALL the vegetables imaginable and add either broccoli or dark green cabbage & french beans for a few days (A SLOW COOKER MAKES YOUR VEGGIES EXTREMELY TASTY AND IF YOU'RE A MEAT EATER SOME, TRY CHICKEN, IT'S GENTLE ON YOUR STOMACH, AND CRUMBLES WHEN A FORK TOUCHES IT SO IT WOULDN'T HURT YOUR CHEST WHILE YOU EAT) You also must have plenty of drinks, have a drink of cold water next to you all day. (NOT FIZZY/ORANGE JUICE, KEEP OFF ALL DAIRY ESPECIALLY MILK AND CHEESE COZ THEY AGGRIVATE ANY COLDS AND MAKE THE VIRUS STRONGER!!!) and get pleanty of rest.
