Location: Under the Blade | On page 55 of today's, 11-30-06 , NY Daily News,'A Twisted Christmas' is part of J&R Music World's Dec. ad. The CD is pictured on the 9th of the month & on sale for $12.99 ! The best part is it is 'tagged ' as a "Holiday Bestseller " !! Some 'one day sales are featured but it looks like that is the price for the entire month. HOLIDAY BESTSELLER !! |

BEST SELLER! Freakin' yeah! When I was in FYE the other day, a young girl was asking for the new TS "Twisted Christmas" cd, the clerk said "WE SURE DO HAVE THAT...RIGHT HERE"..as proud as ever he lead her to the spot. I walked over and said.."Hey, great choice! I'm on that CD, Mendoza's Choir" ....LMAO! I couldn't help myself. She said "OMG.......YOU ARE?" lol...she looked so happy that they had it.
It's the little things in life that are the best......

My mom used to talk all the time about a nun she had in St. Joseph's in Hackensack, NJ , who would always say, " The one basic thing anybody is entitled to is CORRECT SPELLING & PROPER PRONUNCIATION of their name. " Sister Mary 'Whatshername' would agree with Donnas' apology's. lol ! But I would be as proud as you are, Cyndi, to have been a member of ' Mendozas Choir ' no matter how they spelled my name. Do you know how many times I've been refered to as 'Ralf' ?! |

Oh yeah, that's the truth. I am so proud and honored to have been a part of the Twisted Mendoza's Choir! And to be perfectly honest with you, it would NEVER had happened if it were NOT FOR DCT-THE MAYOR-DONNA FROM CT.!!!! So, a little name spelling issue is never going to ruin the euphoria for me. I am not even giving it another glance! I am still in awe over Mark's brilliance during the entire event. The man is a GENIUS!
And everyone knows how TS loves Donna. I can always see it in their eyes. They know dedication when they see it. To be respected!

That is exactly how I feel about being in Mendoza's Choir. My feeling is that if it weren't for Mayor Donna, I wouldn't have been in that choir myself. And yes, MAM is a musical genius!
I think I'll always remember Donna's phone call to me asking me if I'd like to be a part of the choir. She is a true good hearted person and feels badly about mis-spelling your name.
But true to form and the person YOU are, you simply don't care about that. It is all about being honored to be a part of TS.
And to Donna...please don't be upset anymore.....we all know and trust that is was an honest mistake. Cyndi still thinks the world of you! |
