Location: Baltimore, MD | I emailed a scathingly angry email to the Roadhouse--I told them that while fans certainly understand that gigs get cancelled, it is really unprofessional that they did not POST a formal notice of cancellation on the website, and they did not notify those who bought tickets.
They wrote back immediately with an apology--everyone's ticket WILL BE REFUNDED. They are also sending some form of notification to those who are holding tickets, to let them know.
Boy am I bummed out. I made reservations and everything. Coal in my stocking this year I guess.
