No it's not legal, and you can bet that either this entire thread...or at the very least, the URL for the download....will be removed as soon as they see this.
It is common that albums are on the net for download before an official release date, and most bands don't mind discussion about the new material in advance. However, I have never seen an official site allow or encourage actual URL links to the free (unauthorized) download of it. |
