I think the movie you are thinking of is called One Crazy Summer. I'm pretty sure Bobcat Goldthwaite was in it too (who of course was also in the Be Chrool To Your Scuel video). There were at least two TS songs in it...definitely I'll Never Grow Up Now, and I can't be sure of the others but I think maybe Under The Blade and What You Don't Know or Shoot Em Down
