Location: Chicago | Must have missed this post the originally but just noticed it ans saw nobody had responded. I'll try to answer you questions.
Most of the versions (previous to the anniversary edition with the DVD) were the '85 remix. I can say that every version that I've seen/listened to that contains "I'll Never Grow Up, Now" on it, is the remixed version from '85. It's a pretty safe bet that if you see "I'll Never Grow Up, Now" on the track listing, it's going to be the remix from '85. You can also tell form the cover art. If the Twisted Sister logo and "Under the Blade" album title are printed in yellow, it's the '85 remix. The original version had the logo and title printed in blue. It's also a different picture.

As for "I'll Never Grow Up, Now", I'm pretty sure that was remixed for the '85 version as well. It's the same recording from the original single as far as I know but it was remixed so it doesn't sound the same sonically.
