Location: Baltimore, MD | Patrick-- I disagree with you on this point--it DOES happen quite a bit....and worse, sometimes bands are taken completely off the bill. There were a lot of fans in South America who really wanted to see Loudness, for many it might have been their only chance--and they saved up their money for weeks. VISA issues kept them from coming. I can't tell you how many times I've seen running orders change at the 11th hour. I agree that the festival should notify fans in a timely fashion.
The cautionary tale here is when you get a second row spot, don't leave the festival. no camera is worth it. |
