Location: Austria | To say that this happens all the time is a bit of a overstatement. Out of the 30 or so festival i've seen this is the first time a headliner or higher ranked band severely changed position and setlength after tickets have been put on sale and a running order has been advertised. At least festivals, who respect the paying fans don't do that. Of course exceptions are when there are unforseen travelling delays.
