To me - a big part of Twisted Sisters commercial downfall started with the totally wrong single choices for Come Out And Play-album.

It is not a bad album at all! Far from it, great songs! And a lot of them.

But "Be cruuul to your skool" and "the leader of the gay pack" as singles and big budget videos? I don't get it. I am bitter, because I feel that the commercial downfall also added tension and that tension broke the band up in 87 and denied us from a ton of great new Twisted Sister material.

How about the title track or Fire Still Burns? So much better choices, in my mind at least.

But how do you feel?

Later,
JJG

This portion of their VH-1 Behind the Music pretty much says it all.
