Location: New Fuckin Yawk | I lost complete power and running water for 2 1/2 days during this storm. My office has been closed all week. BUT I consider myself very fortunate that I have my health and belongings as many people here in the NY & NJ area have been displaced permanently. My heart and prayers go out to all those affected individuals.
It is a daily struggle for all of us to gain a sense of normalcy. Supermarkets have no food to buy, gas stations cannot sell gas due to power outages. So this storm is testing the resolve of all of us New Yorkers and Jersians. We will rise above and thank everyone for their support.
On a TS related note...during the storm, I had my iphone music to listen to. And wouldn't you guess, TS songs lifted my spirit and got me through it.  |
