Location: Dream Street | The Twisted Sister that we know still appeared in the decade of 1970, more accurately in 1976, when Dee Snider became the vocalist of the formed band years before for the guitarist Jay Jay French. Initially a set list to touch covers, they gained notoriety in the New York scene and began working with original music. The popularity was so great that had arrived to fill the theater New York Palladium without having a contract.
From then on, Twisted Sister started to look for a deal and had obtained a contract with the independent label, Secret Records. They worked first on the EP, Ruff Cuts, that saw the light of the day in 1982. Immediately afterwards, in the same year, they had prepared their first register full-length, that today it commemorates 30 years. Under The Blade, also accomplished for the Secret Records, counts on the production of Pete Way, legendary bassist of UFO.
