Hey Rock10...

Personally, I wish the book had been longer--I wanted to hear more about the reconciliation and the rise back to the top. Some of the stories he told about his growing up were also in his teenage survival guide, but I read a lot of things that I never knew about Dee before. (and I have a small archive of articles from the 80's)

The book is about the band but it's also about the endurance of his relationship and love and the desire to succeed and never give up. I also approached the book (as Dee clearly states in the foreword) that the book is his opinion and his version of the TS story. When Jay Jay writes his book, we'll get a different viewpoint and perspective.

If every member of the band told their story, we'd likely hear five variations.

As for length--I have a bias here. I talk a lot....I write a lot. I love to hear and read a good story.
