I've seen a reference to this as being in San Bernardino, however this vhs is from a show that was before the stay hungry album came out, so that would make it different than the version you're referencing that was the freebie and shown on MTV. For an official release it's surprising there's not more info out there on location for this.
Well, I never managed to find out the actual date when the San Bernadino concert took place but there is something in the back of my mind that the show took place before TS went on the road to promote the album (which was in June '84). I think that San Bernadino was shot in May '84 so you are right that it was a show before the Stay Hungry release. Apart from that the cover which you gave us the link for IS the San Bernadino VHS. |
