yep, that's front row in Athens (I saw the setlist too--great memories!) and the vest on the tree belongs to (I think) Dwayne, TS roadie and guitar technician. It certainly looks like his....so I'm 90% certain.
You'll notice a Brazilian flag on the rail.... the beautiful woman to my right was visiting Greece from Brazil!
