If you wanna go by train this will be your possibilities, the trains are usually on time in the summer, but you never know, those Pendolino trains seems to have lots of problems at least int he winter...

if you take the flight you will just need to take the train from Kotka to Tikkurila, then a cab to the airport, it is just 15 minutes away, or you can also take bus 61, the bus goes 4 times each hour from Tikkurila to the Airport.
