Location: Noo Yawk | You've been my fiercest critic (not without reason at times), and it makes me glad that you like the new setup.
The MBBS folks have a number of mods for this board. I integrated a few (the whole Avatar setup, for instance), but there's more to do for sure. I'll look for a 'latest posts' mod and see if I can add it without breaking everything. 
The script you suggested has replaced the Java setup. For those who might go nuts trying to click the venue links as they scroll by (it was driving me nuts trying), I also added a '2006' pop-up link for a version that isn't a moving target.
