RE: PINK FLOYD DARK SIDE OF THE MOON. THE BEST OR NOT?
Location: The Stone Country whenre the Stonetrains ride
It's one of my fav. Pink Floyd songs, but the one that has something special to me is the one I saw atMTV when I was in hospital in 2007, november and was recovering from a very heavy surgery... I saw another brick in the wall, and it made me feel really happy, Now I have to say that when I went watching TV. I allready felta lot better and all...
dark side on the moon used to be played on one of my ones fav. radiostations, but they went commercial and it killed all the good music they used to play, firsyt it was Only Classic rock, than they went commercial and the group of people they played it for... The old people who ruled the radiostation gotr fired and yung new people got in, and they ruined all the good music that was played. They went talking through music, and started to play also new Rocksongs, from bands from nowadaysw, waith a couple of years and they even will go and play britney Spears if they continue inthis line, it' s horrible I say,. but there isn't much better, if I don't take webstream included...
They also break off songs, not the intro and outro anymore, not speaking of really lot and long commercials...
The only good thing aboput it remains the festival they have, and even that used to be really a lot better.
I used to have a pre-party and a camping, where all these mommies and daddies were keeping an eye on you,and had these really great stories about when they were yung in the 70ties and 60ties and all andwhat they've been through and all, really great audience, they let yyung swet girls standing at the frontrow becouse she's so small and needs a good view, is good for her musical developping and these bands saw these really yung teenagers going really out oftheir minds and they lived seeing them going like that these cute kids got all these plectrums thhrewed to, and all these daddies and mommuies loved it seeing these kids going all wild on their fav bands these kids were just to explore...
and than first the pre-party went away, and not much later the camping was left, but the audience was much different than it used to be, the daddies and mommies thgat used to keep an eye on you seemed to be almost replaced to lots and lots of yung people who also came to all these other festivals and they don't really have o be nad or something like that, but it is totally different when you are used to an audience that lets you stand firstv row becouse you're 4X ynger than they are, or an audioence where boys go and call you smething Hey Hot Lass...
no it's totally different...
That was allreaddy in the year they were commercial, in one year time a total diifferent audience...
This year, this last year i wasn't there, no pre-party, no camping, Still really Great nbands, I wasn't able or better aloud to go...
But I still miss the good old time, it was like one big family where everyone was watching and keeping aneye on the yung ones and if you were in trouble they all were standing there in row to help you out, All together...
Sorry I went off topic...
Anyways, I don't hgear dark side too often anymore, pitty...
I love that song...
