RRNR ,

I could have sworn it was The Factory in 1977 but Jay Jay has said they never played Stagnet Island until 1978. So I go along with the Legend. He kept records I didn't. lol

Now, one that stands out was the bashing Dee and Jay Jay gave The Factory when it first turned into Snoopys and had all these fuckin gay parachutes hanging on the walls. lmfao They were relentless and, just popped in my head so I guess its a tie, when they were just making it big and played Snoopys. The Boyz always promised they would never forget their fans and they didn't. But it was obvious they couldn't play clubs anymore the place was so packed I stood in the back with Charlie near the sound boards. (Right next to the shitter too) lmfao

Great daze indeed.

Hey RRNR ,

Do you remember a band called CASTLETON. They played covers but were exceptional at playing Tull, and actually had this Floutist (sp) who also played an exception Tull, follow them around and jump on stage for the songs. They played so many places I just can't remember but the Gemeni kinda rings a bell. Anyway, I roadied for them for a few years.

I do remember a band that had a flutist and played Tull. I can't remember thier name, but I can't remember another band with a fflutist either, so I will go out on a limb and say it is the same band. Did they ever play Glenn Island Casino, that seems to be where I remember seeing them.

Do you remember Yasgurs Farm, and Dr. Jimmy and the Who show?

Wow, pretty cool if it's the same band. The flute guy jumping on stage is a pretty unique occurance.

I rememebr both those bands and I was a hugh WHO fan.

A band from today I wanna check out is The Machine (Floyd) suppose to be an experience.

My first TS show was Sweden Rock in 2003. I know they play in Norway with the Come Out and Play show, but I never went to that consert. Shame on me!!
The best show has to be the Astoria Show in August 1th 2004. That was a killer show.

My first was The Mad Mad Hatter in the Hamptons, summer 1977. Just got my first car too
Favorite might have to be when TS played the Oddessy Disco (sucks) in Brooklyn. The band blowing the place out and Dee ripping down the clubs Disco sign---priceless. Seeing TS play the Pladium the first time, without a record deal, was also a great moment. Great memory was taking my wife and kids with me to see the band at the NJ fair. And I'll never forget the concert for the WTC, after 14 years...what a night

Bangor, Maine 1984. The first and only time they played all of Horra-terria live (to my knowledge) prior to last summer! Dedicated it to Stephen King himself. I've got lots of favorite moments from other shows but that one will always be special because it was the first! I had waited almost 2 years to see them since discovering the boys and they did not disappoint! It was like having sex for the first time! I walked out on top of the world and ready to go back for more!!! LMFAO!!
