| Well, I contacted a friend of mine from Sweden and it seems that TS is playing at the "Rock Classics" festival in Sandviken (a small village with approx. 22.000 inhabitans) at Göransson Arena (10.000 seater). So far Europe have been confirmed and more bands are to be announced next week. Since the date is Dec. 14 it's more than likely that this is where TS will play too.

What I'm just wondering is, if Europe have been confirmed (and they are THE local heroes), will it be a TS headline show at all ? I'm desperate to go but if it's only a 60 min TS special guest appearance that we can expect then I really have to make up my mind. Need to check now where exactly this place is anyway.
Just thought I'd share here what I just found out.

P.S. Just saw that Sandviken must be approx. 180 - 200 Km away from Stockholm in the middle of nowhere.............oh well...............

Just for the record, I'm not Patrick ;-)................what bothers me most at the moment: is TS headlining or not ? I guess we'll have to wait a couple more days.

Hmm, TS kinda owes me a third gig this year... so that would be kinda cool, but then again Sweden in December!? That is really cool. As in freezing cold. I have to think about that one. But Europe playing too? I always wanted to see my two most favourite bands play at the same festival. After bailing Sweden Rock a couple years ago, I got awfully close this year. |

| It says "TS kicks off the 30th anniversary.........." Does that mean there's more shows to come and Rock Classics is only the beginning ? Somehow I like that idea and keep my fingers crossed.............

| Still crossing everything for a Twisted Sister show (prefer tour of course) in the UK and not a bleeding festival. Knowing my luck they will announce a show in mid-may when I'm on me hols. |
