You cover so much background along with the concert report, it's amazing. I love your reports and they have gotten better over time.

Hey wigs are a part of their stage apparel, we talk about spandex trousers and makeup. So why not wigs?

If AJ is on the far left, then thats a wiggy. Do note the short hair on his head in the photo taken last year (main page, that photoshopped one where MAM has a beard like a cartoon character), no one grows hair up to the middle of your back in a year.
Do not be so touchy on the subject guys! About all of the band out there wear wigs like KISS and Poison.

AJ isn't in that pic (unless he had his tattoos laser removed and has grown about a foot taller - as well as having hair added!) - that would be Russ Zutto (Mark's stand-in), Dee, JayJay & Eddie

And JJGerman.... I am sworn to secrecy about a lot of things...but this is one thing that I am allowed to say. I have seen all five band members getting ready to take the stage at Graspop, and NOT ONE OF THEM IS WEARING A WIG.
Dee's hair is all his.....and the same with Mark, Eddie, AJ and Jay Jay. All real hair. Not a single wig on this tour. And Animal's beard/goatee is definitely real and attached. But if you'd like to pull his beard like a little kid on Santa's lap....be my guest. Be sure to leave the name of your dentist so that we can compare your dental records for positive identification. |

| Sure, if possible I would like to see that Marks beard is real. So hook me up with a santa moment, xmas is only a few months away anyway.
Also I stand corrected on that pic - true, that is not AJ. Sorry about that. But I have trusted that JJ has worn wigs since approx 1982ish, so I do think that is a hair piece. Maybe he had it on when he came to the venue. But it looks great anyways. I have always known that Dees and Marks hair is real, I had some real doubts about the hair on Fingers, but gee that guy has some great hair!
I'll keep on the hair issue, sorry! But it is in no sence ment to be disrespectful, it is Gene Simmons fault - his 80ties hair piece collection did it. |

Jay Jay has certainly worn wigs on the reunion tour before...but I'm still sticking to my guns that it's his real coif. But hey, only Jay Jay and his barber know for sure!
Mark definitely has a goatee/facial hair. And if you try to pull it...I swear, I will pop some corn and sell tickets because it will be better than anything we see on the WWE circuit.
Eddie's hair is totally real--I overheard a really funny & entertaining conversation about it with a fan at his last public appearance at the Maryland BBQ Festival. He has great hair---good genes! (and I'm referring to the chromosomal, not the Simmons kind!)
Hey, what's heavy metal without discussion about hair, right?
....my baldness is 100% natural! |
