I'm glad twisted is playing in a gig in the states this summer. This fair seems like its a country fair.I don't know the details, but it seems like they underestimate their popularity.I can think of alot of places they could play in the summer in the NJ,NY,CONN,area that they could fill easily!Either outdoors or the casinos in pennsylvania, you guys would do great.Alot of bands from that era are playing these places and are doing great. They don't have the same draw here like the band has.NY,NJ,CONN,twisted is way bigger than them. Think about!

Twisted has headlined, in the past few years, festivals in the U.S. in Maryland, Oklahoma, Kansas, Indiana, PA, Wisconsin, Sturgis and last year played Colorado. Crowds had a couple thousand. Compare that to the tens of thousands overseas--Belgium they are expecting up to 80,000. Sweden may have up to 40,000 or more. In addition to the charity benefit in Poughkeepsie, US fans are getting two domestic shows--Iowa and PA. (maybe more if we are lucky but I'm not counting on it) It's certainly more than I expected this year.

They played a few casinos--Vancouver CAN, Hilton in Vegas (3 shows in a row), Silverton in Vegas (twice)-- each show these days is a gift. Accept the git, say thank you.....and get to the shows!

When: Saturday, August 4th, 2012 @ 7 p.m.

Once again Twisted Sister are set to hit the road, world-wide, for a string of festivals including the Clearfield County Fair! Proving you can’t stop rock ‘n’ roll, Twisted Sister are set to bring their unique blend of rock to Clearfield!

What you Don’t Know We’re Not Gonna Take It You Can’t Stop Rock n Roll

Stay Hungry The Fire Still Burns I Wanna Rock

Like the fearsome, deadly denizen of the deep that shares its name, Great White knows something about survival of the fittest. The Southern California blues-rock band first took a bite out of the rock scene in 1984 and has never let go. Great White has achieved worldwide success, encompassing sales of over six million records. They received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Hard Rock Performance for the song "Once Bitten, Twice Shy", and earned a double platinum certification for the album …Twice Shy.

Jac&Jill, is a New York City based bad fronted by ferocious femmes, Jaclyn Quetela (lead Voclas/Keyboards) & Jill Winter (Guitar/Backing Vocals). Jac&Jill blend commercials melodies into a riff heavy brand of Pop/Rock. They are planning a CD release and world wide tour this year.

Standing Room Only (Track & Bleacher Area): $36

Grandstand: $30

Tickets ordered prior to July 7th include Gate Admission (Rides & Parking not included)
