A moment of silence and a dark stage.....
Jim Marshall, the godfather of amplifiers, the "father of loud" passed away days ago at the age of 88.

Somehow, a moment of silence doesn't seem like a proper tribute to "The Father of Loud"

Think I'm gonna play some KISS - I Love it Loud

quite true! I gave him a moment of reflection....and also followed it by cranking it to eleven. (I played some Priest)

I love that he smoked cigars, played it loud and lived life to the fullest! What a brilliant man--his contributions to music will live on for generations.
