I'm doing this thread just for fun... no promises, no guarantees. just put it out there. who knows? we may get lucky and Santa will overlook all of the not-so-nice things we did this year and grant us one Christmas wish... What is on YOUR Twisted setlist wish list for the upcoming Twisted Sister shows? Here's mine: I Am, I'm Me I'll Never Grow Up, Now Knife in the Back/Ride to Live Run for your Life Bad Boys of Rock N' Roll and, since I'm now in the Christmas mood...here's my SNOWBALL'S CHANCE IN HELL WISH... Power and the Glory Knife in the Back/Ride to Live, Live to Ride (They have to be played together!!! LOL!) Run for your Life Come Back Kill or be Killed Feel the Power And my Christmas wish would be to have the boys keep things going at least until 2013 (I'm thinking long term here! LOL!) and do a You Can't Stop Rock and Roll 30th anniversary tour in which they play the entire album from start to finish! Come on boys! Every interview I've read that asks them what their favorite TS album is, they always respond YCSRNR. Let's celebrate all it's glory!!!

YCSRNR is my favorite album as well-- of course, I'll have some 'splainin' to do at work. The only way I got two weeks off almost back to back this past summer...I told them a very sad tale, with tears in my eyes, about how this was possibly the last tour, and how important it was that I go.... by 2013, I should have paid off the 2011 tour, so that works perfectly, uh, sort of. All I know is that if I get the chance to hear YCSRNR side to side...I will take a frickin' leave of absence from my job and hit the road with a vengeance!

SMF 1st Class Posts: 13 | My wish is for them not to play that ACDC song as an opener and instead use the time to play an extra song of their own, I'm there to see and hear Twisted (fuckin') Sister not ACDC!

No way, man! Not me.... Hearing "Long Way to the Top" is one my absolute favorite moments! Listen to the lyrics--there's no way I can hear that song and NOT think of Twisted Sister's struggle to finally make it big. Since the mid 80's, I have never seen them take the stage to anything else....well.... except at Christmas...when the radio gets eerier switched over to Bing Crosby.... my Christmas wish this year is for the Santa schtick not to cut into the setlist time...that happened in Vegas once...it was funny as hell, but it cost us a song off the setlist

How about two Christmas wishes? I want to hear the TS version of Run Run Rudolph. I know it would make Chuck Berry proud. And they should play on TV this New Year's Eve. Maybe w/ Chuck Berry- I know that's three wishes now. Yes, Santa can overlook a thing or two...
