Location: Toronto, Canada		There is footage of it in the documentary Metal: A Headbanger's Journey, which was just released on DVD this week. There is also some great interview footage with Dee amongst many other bands from the metal scene. I strong recommend checking out this DVD if you haven't seen it already.
