I'm sure many SMF's out there are also into Pink Floyd. As I mentioned to Armadillo on Saturday, the announcement for Roger Waters "The Wall" tour was to come today, Monday, and the announcement has blessed us with a fairly comprehensive North American tour! Lucky for me, I won't have to travel to the ends of the earth to catch the show, as it's happening here in Vancouver on Dec. 10. TOO FAR AWAY but I can wait!
Go to www.rogerwaters.com for all the details on when it's playing near you.

You know when I saw Pink Floyd live , I wasnt as impressed as I thought id be --From a sound perspective -- All though what the hell, Charlie B had allready kind of set the stage -- The one thing I did notice was they had a very "Clean" sound.

Whats really bizzare, I have a cousin or second cousin --Cornillia, another famally member I met once or twice in my life, that actually was dating one of them.I dont know what happened to her. I think I was around nine years old when I met that one. I have several famally members, havent seen in many years, that I dont know where they are or what happened to them . My father died when I was 11 so a lot of the realatives on that side of the famally ???? Who knows, Maybe she's a Twisted fan ?

Yeah, he's making a stop in D Town late fall. Never seen Floyd live. Think I'll go see this show.

I saw Floyd in 89 I think. Delicate Sound of Thunder tour. L.A. Sports Arena and L.A. Colosseum. Sports arena was awesome. Colosseum was way to big for the stage show and sound to work properly. Still both great shows.

I saw Roger in 99 i think it was.....In The Flesh tour, Universal Amphitheater, in L.A. Much better show than Floyd and a much smaller venue.

What's funny, is that Jon Carin played Keyboards at all three of those shows. He was in both bands, 10 years apart.

I might have to see this tour.
