SMF 1st Class
|So far the only shows listed for this year are either overseas or way out of the new york area, for a new york band you guys don't play in your home area enough! I am a fan that has been seeing the band for 31 years & |
i can say truthfully that Twisted Sister is and always be my favorite band. I try to see a few shows of other bands over the year & nothing compares to the Twisted Christmas shows, however we need to see the band doing regular shows over the year not just the christmas show. I just went to see Ace Frehley at the Nokia Theatre in NYC and while I was waiting to enter who walks up in front of the theater on the street........J.J. French. I don't know if he went in but it was strange seeing him just walking down the street in NYC. The show was OK but it lacked the power of a TS show. I wish they would do an outside show around the ny area sometime in the spring or the summer.
Location: Rocking In The Florida Dark !
|How about that -- Twisted had more power ! -- Way to go , Im so glad to hear that , course the Nokias cieling PA is only so ,so as far as impressing me but , I was spoiled by the sixth sister a long time ago ( some legends live forever )-- yea Jay Jay lives not far away from there. Jay could tell you better of course -- Could be a money or contract issue , Interesting to me as well ! - Big Brother was ingenues , But what would you expect from our fav band ! I wish they could play all over the US constantly - I really do , but what can one do .Id go see them every week ! or day -- If I only could. |
Hope you had a chance to say hi To Jay Jay ,He really is a nice guy from my past experiance. Ive allways though, if Jay Jay passes by Florida , please let me know we can share a hieniken like the old days -- That is if can find good not spoiled ones here in F lorida -- It would be fun to play the PA for Jay -- get his opinion -- Jay Jay French - not a easy guy to impress im sure -- even with his own music.
^Thanks Mike & steph for bringing it up -- definately fun and cool.
