| Lets play a game.... I had a dream last night and it went like this:
If one member of Twisted Sister could not make a show, but we didnt want to cancel it - OH NO, what would we do now? So another guy shows up...check this out...in my dream JIM MORRISON filled in for Dee Snider (Serious Dream) but...ok, so that was a nightmare!
What if Eddie couldnt do a show? Would my dream have Ace Frehely in it?
What if Mark couldnt do a show? Would my dream have Rudy Sarzo in it?
etc etc etc.... It got me thinking - Who would be cool to see fill in for a show?

| Sounds like a scary dream- especially knowing what poor Dee went through. Let's hope this doesn't REALLY come to this but... How about... Noddy Holder/Brian Johnson or Alice Cooper for Dee Snider, Brian May/Steve Vai for Jay Jay, Angus Young for Eddie, Lemmy for M.A.M (no mic for the back vocals) If he was still alive - keith Moon...but he isn't so I would chose Ringo Starr. |

Location: Under the Blade | My dream keeps all the band members the same but I'm the one who gets to shine the flashlight from the stage to the soundboard cueing 'It's a long way to the top.......' then I shine the light for the boyz to make their way through the smokey darkness as the Rock & Roll Bagpipes are drowned out by the thumping of the drums,& the 'check one two's' of the mic checks. Then I get to say " OK you SMF's it's time ! Would you please welcome... From New York....the One ....the ONLY......TWISTED FUCKIN' SISTER !!!!!!!! What ever happened to that roadie for a day thing ? LOL |

YOU ARE ALL SO BRILLIANT. I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATE THE RESPONSES THAT STATED NOBODY COULD TAKE MY PLACE, PHEW! THAT COULD BE TAKEN AS REALLY GOOD OR REALLY BAD - I'LL TAKE IT AS GOOD. YOU ARE ALL MAKING GREAT CHOICES, BUT YOU ARE MAKING THEM FROM THE AUDIENCE SIDE OF THE STAGE, AND RIGHTLY SO. FROM MY SIDE OF THE STAGE, NO TS MEMBER IS REPLACEABLE. WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT IS NOT JUST ONSTAGE, BUT BACKSTAGE, TRAVELING TOGETHER AND WHATEVER SITUATION PUTS THE FIVE OF US TOGETHER AT THE SAME TIME. I HAVE THE PLEASURE OF BEING IN A BAND WITH FOUR OF THE FUNNIEST GUYS THAT I HAVE EVER MET. THE VERBAL, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL ABUSE THAT WE DISH OUT TO EACH OTHER (AND ANY ONE ELSE THAT HAPPENS TO BE IN OUR LINE OF FIRE) IS UNRELENTING. THE COMERADIERE AND COMEDY (AND HATE AT TIMES) IS NOT REPLACEABLE. JUST ASK PHIL CARSON, DANNY STANTON OR OUR ROAD CREW HOW VERBALY AND PHYSICALLY FUNNY IT GETS. THAT IS WHY FROM OUR SIDE OF THE STAGE, NOBODY IS REPLACEABLE. NOW WITH THAT SAID I'LL TAKE A SHOT AT REPLACEMENTS. THIS IS NOT MY "FINAL ANSWER" JUST A LIST OF NAMES THAT CAME UP WHILE POSTING THIS RESPONSE.

Bout time you broke your cherry on the new board. lol
Thanks for the insiders view of your world with the rest of the boyz.
As for replacements I'll just mention two names, Kenny Jones and Ron Wood. The Faces were a great band put out a lot very good music and one helluva live show. Together they were magic, stick them in other bands and they fell way short. Just glad you 5 are around and doing what you do best for the minions.
RIP Steve Marriott.
