Key of Eminor Intro Chords are E5(root 5th string) and C5, 2 measures each. ------------------------------------------10------- --8-8--8-10-8-----------------------12-----12--- --9-9-------------9---9---9-12-14---------------- --9-9------------10--10---------------------------- --7-7------------10--10---------------------------- --0-0-------------8---8------------------------------ Repeat a few times and then the arpeggio part i have detailed below. Pedal tone 8th note triplets on the low E. 1, b7, 1, b7, 1, b7, b6, 5.....2 measures each except the last chord in other words E, D, E, D, E, D, C(4measures), B (with major arpeggio: B,D#,F#,B) *Also....after the D chords and the C going into the bridge...throw this in there to copy Dee's voice. ----------------------- ----------------------- ----------------------- -9--7---------9------- -------10-9---7------ ---------------0------- The arpeggio part is like this -------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------- -------------------------------4-4---------- ---------------------4-4-4-4------------------ --2-2-2-2-6-6-6-6-------------------------- ---------------------------------------------- or play the chords instead ------------------------ --------------------------------- ------------6------------ ---------------------------------- --4----8---6----4----- -4-4---2-2---4-4---2-2--------- --4----8---4----4----- -4-4---2-2---4-4---2-2-------- --2----6--------2----- -2-2---0-0---2-2---0-0--------- ------------------------ -------------------------------- So play those first 4 chords above 3 times then B B A A B B A A...tonight tonight tonight tonight) Then the chorus is just like the intro. E & C The solo chords go F#, E (root 6th string) back and forth for a bit then changes to E & D (root 5th string) This is all repeated and then does the arpeggio thing again. Make sense?
